- 15 phyllo shells
- 4 oz brie cheese
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup walnut pieces
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Cut your brie into 15 small cubes. You don’t need to remove the rind - it’s totally edible and melts well.
Place the phyllo shells on the baking sheet. Add one piece of brie to each shell.
Top each piece of brie with a few dried cranberries and a small pinch of chopped walnuts.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the brie is melted and the phyllo is golden and crisp.
Serve warm right from the oven, or let them cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a serving platter.
Cut the Brie While Cold: Brie is easier to slice when it's just out of the fridge. Let it warm up after it's cut.
Don’t Overfill: A few cranberries and a pinch of walnuts per shell is enough - overloading can cause the filling to spill during baking.
Keep an Eye on the Oven: Phyllo can burn quickly, so start checking after 8 minutes.
Make Ahead-Friendly: You can assemble the bites a few hours ahead and refrigerate. Just bake them right before serving.
