Cuisine American
- 30 Nutter Butter cookies
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate melts
Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring well after each round, until fully melted and smooth.
Carefully dip each Nutter Butter into the melted chocolate, using a fork to flip and coat both sides. Let the excess chocolate drip off, then transfer each cookie to parchment paper.
Place the dipped cookies in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has fully hardened.
Melt the white chocolate melts according to the package instructions. Transfer the melted white chocolate to a piping bag (or zip-top bag with a snipped corner) and pipe the laces on each cookie.
Let the cookies sit at room temperature or pop them back in the fridge to set the white chocolate. Once firm, they’re ready to serve or store.
Use Parchment Paper: It makes cleanup a breeze and prevents the cookies from sticking while they set.
Don’t Overheat Chocolate: Stir often and remove once melted to avoid burning or clumping.
Room Temp Cookies: Make sure Nutter Butters are room temperature before dipping - they’ll coat more evenly.
Practice Piping: If you’re new to piping, practice a few lines on parchment first.
