- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 4 tablespoon dry coconut flakes
- 3-4 tablespoon honey
- 1 apple
- 1 ½ bananas

Soak The Flaxseeds And Dates (Minimum 10 Hours)
In a medium bowl, cover the flaxseeds with water, ensuring at least 2 fingers of water above the seeds. Cover and let sit overnight (or at least 10 hours). Do the same with the dates making sure to remove the pits.
Assemble The Ingredients
In the morning add the soaked flaxseeds, soaked dates (with water or drained and rinsed without water), honey, coconut flakes, walnuts, banana, apple, and strawberries to a blender.
- If the texture is too thick, add a bit of water or plant-based milk.
- The pudding thickens as it sits, so adjust the consistency before serving.
- For extra crunch, sprinkle chopped nuts or granola on top.
- To make it vegan, replace honey with maple syrup or another plant-based sweetener.
