Ingredients

  • 2 salmon filets
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for air fryer basket
  • tbsp sriracha divided
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 jalapeño sliced
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 mango chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tbsp sesame seeds
  • Green onion for garnish

Instructions

  • Mix 2 tablespoons sriracha, salt, and brown sugar in a small bowl to form a paste. Rub it evenly over the salmon filets and let them rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  • Set the air fryer to 400°F. Lightly coat the basket with olive oil or cooking spray so the salmon doesn’t stick.
  • Place the salmon skin-side down in the basket. Cook for 7–10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches your desired doneness.
  • While the salmon cooks, mix 1½ tablespoons sriracha, minced garlic, and mayonnaise in a bowl until smooth.
  • Scoop cooked rice into your serving bowls. Place the salmon on top, drizzle with spicy mayo, and arrange jalapeño, cucumber, shredded carrots, and mango around the salmon.

Notes

Pick Similar Filets: Even thickness means even cooking.
Control the Spice: Reduce sriracha if you want it milder or leave the jalapeño seeds in for extra heat.
Don’t Overcook: Pull the salmon once it flakes easily to keep it juicy.
Meal Prep Friendly: Store toppings separately for easy assembly later.
